Free Installation Service for ChatBeaconAIX On-Premise
As a new ChatBeacon customer, you are entitled to a complimentary, professional installation of your ChatBeaconAIX On-Premise server. Our dedicated team will remotely manage the deployment to ensure a seamless and efficient launch.
Installation Overview
The installation service is provided at no charge to all new customers.
Duration
The remote installation and setup process is highly streamlined and typically takes approximately 1 hour to complete once the session begins.
Supported Infrastructure
We can install ChatBeaconAIX on your existing infrastructure, whether it is locally hosted or cloud-based:
On-Premise Servers: Physical or virtual machines hosted within your data center.
Cloud Virtual Machines (VMs): Servers hosted on major public cloud providers, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The Six-Step Installation Process
Our installation service follows a structured process to ensure all components are configured according to best practices:
1. Scheduling and Administration
We will coordinate a remote session at your convenience. This session must include your designated IT Administrator, Server Manager, or Cloud Manager—the individual responsible for your infrastructure who has the necessary administrative credentials to install software and configure system and network settings.
2. Prerequisites and Resource Provisioning
Our technician will first review the system against the ChatBeaconAIX System Requirements.
We will provide guidance to help provision the required compute resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) if they are not yet allocated.
We will ensure all necessary system prerequisites, such as the IIS Web Server and the ASP.NET Core Runtime 8.0.22 Hosting Bundle, are correctly installed.
3. Software Installation and Core Setup
This step involves the physical deployment of the application:
We install the core ChatBeaconAIX software package and the associated ChatBeacon Windows Service.
We set up the ChatBeacon database tables on your designated Microsoft SQL Server instance.
4. Security and Network Configuration
To ensure secure and reliable operation, we provide assistance with critical configurations:
We help install and configure your Security Certificate (SSL/TLS).
We assist with Firewall configuration to ensure the Application Server can communicate with the Database Server (port 1433) and that your customers can connect to the live chat interface (port 443).
5. Account Setup and Testing
With the server running, we finalize the user-facing elements:
We set up your initial ChatBeacon Account and organizational structure.
We deploy a simple test HTML page and embed the live chat window code snippet, allowing you to immediately verify the system is fully functional end-to-end.
6. Handover and Quick Guide
The session concludes with a quick guide to logging into the newly deployed system:
Management Application: How to log in for administration, configuration, and reporting.
Operator Application: How your agents can log in to begin serving customers.
Once these steps are complete, your ChatBeaconAIX On-Premise platform will be live and ready for production use.
